So you finally decide to go to a noted restaurant; the menu looks great, the interior decor is fabulous, the pianist is playing a familiar tune and you are seated promptly.
However, during your 47 minute wait for food, the music is loud and the bar service slow. Then to find your rare steak comes out well done, and to top it all off you can't get your waitresses' attention to swap your lipstick stained glass. When your bill arrives it is expensive and a long time coming. So what went wrong?
